What the programme entails: *weekly live 1-hour online sessions. *an interactive approach that fosters community and learning through shared experience. *home practice activities designed to help you explore nature in your own surroundings. *Padlet virtual board to share images and reflections. *open to all – no previous experience needed and activities can be done in your own time. * free to join – voluntary donation encouraged at the end of the programme.
