Who we are

Ausra
Immerse yourself in nature with Ausra, a licensed Forest Bathing guide and mindful photography facilitator. Drawing on her years of experience leading nature-based programmes for children, Ausra guides participants on a path of deepening their own connection with nature and re-discovering that child-like wonder.
Combining forest bathing principles with keen observation skills developed in her documentary film practice, Ausra encourages participants to become keen observers, igniting curiosity and unveiling the details often hidden in plain site.

Tiffiny
Tiffiny has enjoyed connecting people since her earliest days, and no better place to connect with others than in nature. Drawing on her passion for holistic well-being, her love of writing and photography, she has created bespoke sessions that maximise the benefits of being in nature whilst awakening the creative spirit that is resting within each of us. Tiffiny has sought further education in an array of areas that she feels will benefit her community most and whether it be working in gallery curation, running a therapeutic massage studio or teaching art: the thing Tiffiny enjoys most is creating a space where others are inspired to slow down and find what feels good in the moment. Tiffiny would like to encourage you to push your to-do list aside and join her in the forest for a Mindful Pause soon.
