What to expect during the session

Experience includes elements of forest bathing, mindful photography and journaling and finishes with a calming cup of herbal tea and a delicious homemade snack. A Few Tips to Make the Most of Your Time at Fettle Fields * Dress appropriately - wear comfortable clothing in layers so you are ready for any changes in weather. Wear sturdy shoes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. * Be Present - be ready to consciously let go of roaming thoughts and worries and fully sink into the moment. * Embrace Your Creativity - let go of any expectation or self-judgement and allow yourself to fully partake in the photography and journaling exercises.
