Home practice overview
How to continue practicing between sessions:
Participants will receive 3 home practice options each week and are free to commit as little or as much time as they are able. They can choose to focus on one or all of the options and ideally carry them out in a natural space in their local environment.
These activities encourage participants to go outside in their own time, observe, and build on what we have explored together in the online session.
Private Gallery for sharing:
Participants will be encouraged to share their photos and reflections on Padlet, fostering a supportive, non-
judgmental space for feedback and inspiration. Padlet is incredibly easy to navigate and we will go over each step in the first session.
Why join?

The sessions offer opportunities to connect with nature through a choice of home practice activities. Mindful presence in nature fosters a sense of peace, wonder, and relaxation.
Improved Self-Awareness
Mindful journaling will encourage participants to reflect on their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, promoting deeper self-awareness. This introspection can help them gain clarity about their values and future goals.
A Sense of Community & Connection
The Zoom sessions offer an opportunity to connect with others who are on a similar journey. Participants are able to share experiences with a supportive group during live sessions and through online gallery.
