Combining elements of Mindful Photography, Forest Bathing, and Mindful Journaling each session presents an opportunity to increase clarity and deliver you back into your day with a renewed sense of calm.

Limited spaces ensure an intimate experience, allowing you to soak in the elements of the forest and leave feeling rejuvenated.
